Complimentary Kobrick Coffee is served in the Living Room from 5:30 am to 10:30 am daily. Additional provisions are available for purchase at the Café.

Wi-Fi
Complimentary wi-fi is available during your stay. To connect, select the “The Study Guest Wireless” network and enter the password affixed to your key card envelope. As a part of our security protocols, the password must be re-entered daily.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. If you need additional time, please contact Guest Services.
Fitness Center
The fitness center is located on the second floor. Swipe your room key at the fitness center entrance to access.
Housekeeping
Your room is yours during your stay. No one will enter unless there is an emergency situation. Please contact Guest Services for additional towels and amenities. Housekeeping service is available upon request until 3pm daily.
In-Room Safe
Press the ‘#’ button on the lower left-hand side of the keypad to reset the password
Enter a four-digit password into the keypad and press the ‘Lock/Close’ button on the lower right-hand side of the keypad. The safe is now locked.
To unlock the safe, enter your four-digit password. The safe will automatically unlock and the door should open.
Laundry & Dry Cleaning
A laundry bag and accompanying form are located in each guestroom closet. Laundry left at the front desk by 8:00 am will be returned the following day by 1:00 pm. No laundry dry cleaning service is available on weekends or holidays.
Smoking & Vaping
The hotel is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking in your guestroom will result in a $250 cleaning fee that will be charged to the credit card on file for your reservation.
Safety & Security
Your safety and security are of the utmost importance to us. The hotel maintains a 24-hour security and management team. If you need any assistance during your stay, please call Guest Services by dialing 0 and someone will be dispatched to assist you.For ambulance or police, dial 9 followed by 911.
Know where the nearest stairwell and exit are located. Behind the door to your room you will find a map with your location and all exits.
Remember to safeguard your room key, double lock your door and use the peephole before opening your door.
Fire Safety
Please review the emergency evacuation plan located on the back of your guestroom door.
In the event of a fire emergency, please remain calm. If you are in your room, test the door with the back of your hand to make sure the door is not hot. If hot, do not exit. Stay in your room, call Guest Services by dialing 0 and report your room number.
If smoke enters your room, seal the door by placing wet towels or sheets at the bottom of the door.
